The Fire Institute

The Fire Institute, simply put, is New Covenant Church of Atlanta's school for ministry training. FI was birthed out of a desire to see God's people activate the gifts and callings that are already in their lives.

The F.I. is being used by God to not only impart knowledge and wisdom, but it is also being used by God to activate that knowledge and allow for an equipping process (Ephesians 4:11-12).

Overseen by Pastor Randy Morgan and the pastoral staff, the F.I. allows for more one-on-one time for a member to discover and cultivate his/her gifts with seasoned ministers of the Gospel.

The Fire Institute's course for training is something like this (Keeping in mind, each quarter will be different as the Holy Spirit directs):

  • Reading through the entire Bible in creative and constructive ways
  • Reading various books deemed important for ministry progression
  • Videos and multimedia instruction and presentations from ministries that are seasoned
  • Each person is challenged in some unique way (under the direction of the Holy Spirit and Pastor Randy) to minister within the congregation.

If you want to be challenged to go higher in the calling that's on your life, then the F.I. is for you.
